yeah, I am also getting the itch to do the upgrad.  Where is the best place to order the 200mm cable that you need to go with the module?

just get it from sony’s repair… the difference in total project price is like 3-4 dollars.

Chris687: what happened to your Targus BT mouse and dongle combo that you wrote glowing reviews about. If you are itching to do the internal BT, I recommend it 100%. I voided my warranty on the 3rd day I had my 3AP1 and have had this blue light on my computer always on ever since. The BT500 is a nice little mouse and I find myself wondering whether or not I should uninstall my Wireless Switch software since I never turn BT off…

now if only i could find more things to by that work on BT…

If you read the threads you’d find the internal upgrade works on all TR models. It’s working on my TR3AP1, is that close enough?

If you’re hesitant to open the TR, this is purported to work, even with the antenna retracted.
