A touch screen would be nice. and so would a simple s-video out. I wonder it anyone has tried to add an s-video port to their TR by moding it?

Not that I know of…not sure where you would physically place it anyway.

Yeah, that’s a stretch. The necessary hardware does not exist on the TR for there to be S-video out. It requires a DAC to convert the signal to analog and I’m pretty sure it’s not on the motherboard. Plus, you would need filters, etc…don’t misunderstand the chipset could support it but only if it has the right supporting hardware.

That’s like asking if you can mod the TR to make toast for you.

Luckily, there are reasonably small devices available that can convert the VGA to S-Video.
