I had copied plenty of small files on the drive and while copying them back to another computer, it gave “cannot read from source” error (or some such error) after copying a few of the files. It was just like how floppies used to give problems.

It was finally not such a big deal since the data was there on the original machine…but it was very important data…my uncle’s pharmacy records for the past 15 yrs or so.
