in outlook 03, there is a button ‘find’ then if u click that, you will see a field
LOOK FOR:
then if u type what u search in the LOOK FOR field, then it searches. my question is how to clear the words that u put it into the LOOK FOR field. if u click the down arrow next to LOOK FOR field, right before the SEARCH IN box, u will see the words that you just search, i want to eliminate that
i hope you understand what i m saying. can someone help me?
in ie, it’s simple
u go to tools, internet options, content, autocomplete, then check off forms
then u can also clear the words that they collect by clear forms

Thanks a million Gameson…That was bothering me….
I knew it was somewhere…But I am sure you know its not so fun searching trying to find it when you have no clue where to start…
I found this online…not sure if it works…use at your own risk:
Outlook 2002 and 2003 support Autocomplete. When you send a new message or reply to one, the address is remembered by Outlook and the next time you send a message to that person, you can type just a few letters and it completes for you.
Occasionally, you’ll have a bad address in the cache or just have addresses in the list you don’t want saved and will want to remove them from the cache. To remove just one address use the arrow keys to select the address and press the Delete key. You can clear the entire cache by deleting the *.NK2 file for your profile. In Windows XP or 2000, it’s in the hidden folder C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. Outlook will create a new NK2 the next time you use it.
