If you get a chance you should really {this goes for everyone} watch an F1 race this year because it is history in the making, a dynasty the likes the motorsports world has never and might never see again.
Watching Michael drive, especially in the rain is something one doesn’t soon forget.

In a nutshell, Michael Schumacher has won 12 of 16 races this year…winning a record 7 in a row. Ferrari Won 14 of the 16. Ferrari has also won the Championship in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and sealed 2004 already.

Sounds like history is made….>As long as I can get it in HD I’ll be watching….
but if u want to talk about one season domination, NO teams has ever dominate as mclaren in 88, prost n senna year. they (mclaren as a team, not individual driver) won every races but one in that year. even ron dennis mentioned that. ferrari can do whatever, but they will never beat that one season domination

2002, Ferrari won 15 out of 17, only losing 2.
In 1988 there were only 16 races…if there was a 17th it is possible that McLaren would have lost that second one.

when we are talking facts, i never use the word ‘if’. ‘if’ is just an imaginary condition. fact is fact. mclaren won everything but one. when ferrari does that, then we talk. also, prost senna is one of the most dominate partnership ever. they are both equal drivers, senna has 3 championship, dun remember about prost. granted, schumacher has 7 championship, but his partner has zero, nothing, nada. during that senna prost year, senna won one and prost won one. they competed against each other, not like barichello who just gave in for schumacher. remember last year hungary (if i m not mistaken) incident?
fact is schumacher has 7 rings. he is great, i give that, and he competes at the right place and the right time, with the great team. but he is not a true competitor. ferrari helps him a lot, including that infamous team order. mclaren did not and doesn’t have team order. prost and senna competed against each other all the time. also senna is much more better driver than schumacher in every ways. just look at his pole position record, even schumacher with 7 rings still can’t match senna pole record. he may break it eventually if he continues racing, but if u look at the number of races between senna and schumacher, schumacher races more than senna but senna has more pole than everybody else. that means that senna achieved that record in less races, or in other words his poles/races average is great. that shows how great senna is
to have a place in history is to be at the right place, the right time and a great team. people like michael jordan and schumacher is considered greatest because of that.
