Ripping stuff off the recovery cd’s

Some of you’ll must know that I had put up some of the important softwares off the recovery cd on a site…it was quite easy to obtain those since the installation files were extracted in Windows\Sonysys\$$ucd folder. However, yesterday someone asked me to upload click to dvd for him and this time the above technique didn’t work…could someone guide me one extracting this software from the recovery cd?
