I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this, but it’s happened to me a few times.

When I load up the forum I go straight to the ‘latest’ screen so that I can start working my way through the new posts.
Sometimes I get distracted or am reading emails at same time, and I’ll click on a link which loads up another page in the forum window.  When I try and go back to the ‘latest’ list, it shows up empty, even tho I haven’t read the new posts.
This just happened to me when I had to do an emergency reboot to stop my hard drive led from flashing at me (not doing it now, so I’m praying on that count :shock: ) and I had the latest list open.  When I just went back to it, it was empty.
Is it just my computer or does it happen to anyone else?

it happens to me only if I exit the site and come back.

If I don’t read all the “latest” entries and exit, only those that get replies will show up next time I log in. Makes sense if you think about it.

If open a second instance of IE and do a search on TR World (to find a link or reference) it seems to reset the search date too. Following a message link to a different thread doesn’t do it.

hmmm.. i’ve never seen that yet.
