A while back compusa had bt dongles on sale for $10 and $25 dollars. Check belkin, you can get anything there for half off. check buy.com they may beat belkin with free shipping. want to save money, expend a little effort.

i think it should be similar platform to XP, but when i tried to install my sony bluetooth dongle on the machine. it said i need to update windows to xp sp 1 :?

The thing is that the Sony software includes a pre-SP2 XP update. I think your only options at this point are either go back to XP (if you don’t need 2k3, go back) or get a different stack, like the BlueSoleil stack or a Widcomm variant.
