Still think we need a game forum, the one we have now is two pages long and counting, and people dont always see it so they are making new threads in other sections of the boards.. what could it hurt?, does it cost more or do you have to pay to make an addition to this board? , it would make it alot easier to see and find if someone had tried a game you’ve been meaning to buy! again! just a suggestion…

This can be done. I’ve been thinking about it for a while now. Each new thread can be dedicated to a specific game.

We can try it out and see if it gets enough usage. My initial hesitation was based on not spreading the board too thin but it seems like we have enough activity to warrant a separate section.

Yeah, it’s definitely not a games machine (or at least not designed to be) but folks do play games on their TRs. The new category would simply be a place for people to exchange ideas on getting games to work on their TR and giving a real world account of how certain games run.

Of course, this will most likely only apply to DirectX 8.0 or under games. Newer and newer titles that must have hardware T&L probably won’t be discussed.

Anyways, I’ll see what the rest of the people here want before I do anything.
