ok, but which one would you pick if you could choose between the two?

All things equal the T3, simply because of the change in lens cover design. If the price spread hit $100 the T1 would look pretty good.

nevertheless go for the t1? (the design of the t1 somehow gives more attraction)

Hi jimmy

If you like the T1 style it should be a good buy when the T3 forces its price down.

I have the T1. After thinking about it, I can see no real benefit in moving to the T3. I like the T3 lens cover better, but not that much.

I use the FINE mode. I have both the 256 and 512MB MS Pro Duo cards so storage isn’t a problem.

using the fine mode(videos) and shooting at 5mp.. probably gonna upgrade to the t3 :mrgreen:
