Vos Pad is the world’s first apartment solely lit by RGB colour-changing LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes), all of which are fully dimmable with complete chromatic control. Should you want to add a little romance to the ambience of your home, $50000, 360 LED arrays and a little twiddle of a custom-built computerised system lets you alter the level and colour of the lights in different areas of your home.

i don’t like it. I am all about lighting, but I don’t like the tint of the led for the home, only source of lighting.
Looks too wierd.

The purity of the colors make it interesting for accent lighting and I, personally, would love to have a high intensity white LED reading lamp.

I have a number of LED flashlights and I really like them. Extremely long life, clean white light, but not as bright as incandescent.
The problem with using them for area lighting is their expense and the large numbers needed. It’d take a good long time for energy savings to ever cover the cost of the fixtures and LEDs.

Saving 50 grand in electricity bills to amortise the expense of the installation…
