Well, I’ll let you all police yourselves. I don’t like being a spoil sport. It fun to have quirky threads every once in a while. However, remember that your posting rank doesn’t mean anything. I’d say most people are “judged” on the quality of their posts and not the quantity. If it makes you feel special to be the first person to 3000 posts then go for it but understand there may be consequences in doing so. If you’re able to do it while contributing meaningful stuff to the forums then that’s even better.
