I noticed yesterday some type of crumbs collecting under my keys on my TR’s keyboard. I checked around, and it seems like all I can do is remove the keyboard itself, not the keys.

Suggestions? Advice? Threats of death?
Usually if i’m in a RC hobby shop, I used their compressor to blow the dust and dirts out of my keyboard and also the screen dust.
If not, you can try using vaccum cleaner, if possible turn down the power for ur vaccum. I once have a few keys(think it’s L & K) sucked right in, and had a really hard time finding my keys from the vaccum bag! :D

some here would say that i recommend tissue. that’s just not true. i recommend not eating over ur TR. take a break once in a while and eat at a table or other eating place like we all used too when we were kids. this comes from someone who has dropped starbucks on keyboards and has tossed some keyboards after the keys were so gummed with krispy kreme icing that they would refuse to budge. trust me on this one, dont eat near ur TR. but, with that said, at home my biggest problem is that i have ants in my keyboard, and my scanner, and in other strange places. i think that even ants have mutated enough to know that computers=food. but in your case, ants may be the solution. let them graze for awhile, then lure them away later, somehow, by perhaps moving to a new house or something. i cant figure that one out.
jigs

Sorry, dude. I knew I read somewhere that you used an odd piece to protect your TR’s screen / keyboard. Well, here it is:
My bad on the tissue thing.
ah yes, thank you so much for reminding me of what i say, as i always forget as soon as it’s out of my mouth, TR, where ever. and in regards to pink foam packing, i am a firm believer. i have a room decorated in it exclusively and i have been know to chew on it during my quit smoking phases.

[quote author=“Mighty Matt”][quote author=“dbs”]Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can affix my mystic crystal pyramid to the motion eye?
When in doubt… use lashings of super glue :D
I’m afraid it might interfere with the metaphysical emanations. These devices are as fragile as a Microsoft operating system, requiring careful configuration and repeated psychic updates.
Have you just tried canned air. Works for me. As for taking off the keys. My cat did it once after a month of owning my TR and just about gave me a heart attach.
To no avail the keys I think about 4-5 just fit easy right back on as if they were made to come apart when they were stressed, tugged on.
I would be careful though maybe I had some luck with my TR. I wouldn’t take the keys off again to clean crumbs. I am sure you can take the time to clean them with keyboad cleaning kits.

as long as it doesn’t look like this..
let’s try this with our apple pro keyboard, since it has a transparent case, we can see what’s going on beneath.
