I think these types of sites are prepared for such a thing. I’ve had an experience where a record label told their street teamers to pound a record station website with votes, but the station called the label to stop. They noticed they were getting a lot of votes from people outside the listening area of the station and invalidated the out-of-area votes.
[quote author=“Lumpy”]1) Place vote
2) Close all browsers
3) Go to Tools/Internet Options/Delete Cookies
4) Return to Band Promote - place another vote
5) Repeat as necessary
:o  So that’s how the other band got 60,000 votes. Its like three guys in their garage repeating this 5 step process over and over again…....since they have nothing better to do.
Hmm maybe, but some of the featured artists have been on for a while lobger, but it doesn’t surprise me if that’s the case - you can just re-vote every hour or so without any penalties, so if you have 100 mates doin gthat every hour then you can get 2400 votes per day….
