As desperate as I am to get me and my TR on TV, the chance may well offer itself!

Our CD is getting college radio play in the US, and we’re being featured in Virgin Megastores Radio at 3pm each day this week in the UK, but the best thing is that we have been nominated for the New Zealand Entertainment Awards.

As this is a totally vote driven contest I’m appealing to all of you to vote for us - the artist with the most votes gets picked to play - simple as that, and if we get to play i’ll definitely try to give a shout out to my fellow TR World folk for “making it happen!” :D

P.S for those of you who want to know who we are, there are a number of related threads on this forum, but I am a member of Sony TR World and used my TR1MP to create our EP - we pretty much did everything on it, from recording to mastering! I originally posted to demonstrate the TR’s power and capabilities to a number of fellow forum musicians, and our website has more information about us, fo those of you who are interested.

ok, i did that, but i have no idea what it was i did.  i hope we are not voting on the next leader of the free world cause i am not sure if i want a musican running that show, unless they write lyrics like bob dylan or dan bern. but if you use a TR, ya can’t be stupid. i am going for a raise this month, from 400 |nrs to 600 |nrs per week.  Thats a raise of about $2.25 USD.  And I use a TR exclusively to create the strip.  THANKS!!!

Hmm ... the website is down? I can’t access it.

Well, Wadham, I listened to the clips of your music that you had downloadable in your auction for those signed copies, and I will have to say my only regret is that I haven’t bought one yet. I believe that the music does deserve my vote and I will definitely give your band my support when I’m able to access the site at a later time.

Good job and keep it up. Maybe one day, we’ll all be bragging to others that we had the opportunity to chat with some great celebrities. You’ve got the dream, you’ve got the music, and you’ve got our support. Now, you just need the time and the stuff to make it happen.

Thanks for your cool comments! - the website shouldn’t be down - although it was shortly last Sunday night for a while.

Thanks for all your votes people - I’m just putting the finishing touches to a live EP - just Leigh and I and two acoustic guitars, and its sounding really special, if I say so myself!
