My TR came with a minor screen problem (dark at one corner) that I decided to live with. Now I’m noticing what appears to be a few bad pixels elsewhere on the screen. I’m leaning towards sending my unit into Sony for a new screen. Hopefully they won’t send it back saying it’s within acceptable specifications.
Also I think I’ll mention the hard drive noise affecting the built-in microphone. Most of us with a Hitachi drive have noticed this problem. Wadham said she talked with Sony and was told they have a fix for this.
Anyone have any advise on how to deal with Sony Support? I’ve read posts that rate them as less than favorable.
