I was at the post office this morning when I saw this sign on my way out…

If you look closely, it’s a Sony TR…although they’ve photoshopped the Motion Eye camera ou. It even has the stickers on the right hand side if you look at it closely.

yep Groovy, even I had noticed this a long time ago….may be Sony made them a special model just for the ad :wink:

I am happy they used the TR, but surprised at the same time.  The USPS usually likes to do business with domestic companies.  However, IBM laptops are so butt ugly.

Very cool advertisement.  Anytime I walk into a USPS I just go to the counter, do my business, and get the hell out of there.  I usually don’t pay any attention to all the crap they put up on their walls.  Good eyes there gr00vy0ne!

How kewl….I got my tr via ups….It was so funny when the driver showed up at my house….I did a dance around his truck and he was excited as I was…..

I guess you just had to be there….But I was very happy….I loved opening the box for the first time….Showing it to my wife…friends….but out of everyone…..I know that I am the one who loves my TR the most….I am sure all of you can relate. 

This is the first thing that I’ve bought that I just don’t get bored of….Its a great toy….cough I mean toollll.

I was excited when I got my TR, too!! Of course, it already arrived a day before I came back home from college for the summer, and alas I did no dance ( yeah, I lost my opportunity .... I’ll save it when I get the TR5! ), but nonetheless, I became one proud TR owner from thence on!  8)

this is probably the only gadget that my wife supported in my decision.    I was lurking around this forum for months (since TR1 and I got a TR3) before I decided to buy this computer. My wife always discourage me whenever i wanted to buy any gadget; saying it’s a waste of money, etc ... but i was reading this forum every day and she said i was too obessed with this “stupid” forum and she finally gives up ... she told me to get it ... cos’ I was talking to her abt Sony TR everyday! 

Now come to think of it ... that was really damn funny and I actually bought this laptop b’cos of her encouragement.  8)
