what about Deco ??..that guy is completely useless…I’ve been noticing him for quite sometime now this Euro and he mostly gives away the ball to the opponents, takes some stupid aim at the goal, or else as he has been discussed feigns an injury…he seems like a strong candidate for a yellow (may be red too) for regular diving…my bro told me yesterday that he’s in the side since Scholari, the Portugal coach (and the x coach of the winning Brazil side for 2002 WC :D) is a Brazilian and so is Deco…that pretty much explains his inclusion in the side. He was also never taken off and was allowed to play the entire 90 mins in every match. He also took a penalty kick against England yesterday (the only good thing he’s done so far is he didn’t miss it :D )

Its weird, im on vacation on a cruise and for some reason we get every game….and we only get 3 channels…i’v seen more european soccer in 3 days then I see most of the year. The games have been very exciting so far with the shootout yesterday being one of the highlights.

Yea ... talking abt weird? I have about 40+ channels here and 4 of them are sports channels. I see snooker, basketball, racing, tennis, boxing, wrestling, but NOT a single soccer game!  :evil:

Congrats to Greece on their stunning win in the Euro Cup! Can you say 100:1 odds of this happening? And oddly enough, just months away from the Olympic Games in Athens….crazy crazy stuff!

ditto on the congrats to greece! but what’s crazy is I heard Paul Harvey in the USA today report that Greece won the 2004 Euro HOCKEY title.  Was that a joke or what?!?
