Well just joined you guys.
First of all i want to say what a great forum this is with so much usefull information.

Well iam Younes a international business student from The Netherlands.
This will be my first laptop that i will buy
And this site has helped me a lot to realize that a TR is just what i need
I will probably buy a TR3AP2 which i will do this summer when i will be in the states( I will be doing volunteer work for the john kerry campaign)
I decide it to buy it in the states because they cost around here like 3600 dollars so that will save quite a lot.

SO any advice that you could give me or any good offers at the moment
please let me know.

Welcome to the forum and enjoy the US. Despite the people you will work with in politics, all Americans are not like that, we are normally nice people…when it comes to politics, people are totally different!

Oh thanx for the advice but i know
i have been over in the states for over 20 times and have been pretty much everywhere, plus i had a american ex g/f for almost 3 years . So
I know most americans are great , just like most people are once you get to know them
So i know what to expect:) yes and agree with you in politics
but hey this is the only thing i can do as a non us citizin who cant vote to get bush out of office( oh before we go all political here if you have any other views iam willing those to discus but rather not over this forum to keep on topic:)

just wanted to say, welcome to the TR WORLD.  i hope you enjoy your soon-to-be TR, as well as your stay here in the states.

Alas, another young fellow Fledgling Traveler! Welcome to the boards, Younes.  

My only advice is, go for the TR. You will LOVE it if you’re like me —it was my first ultraportable, and I would not trade it for love or money. Well .... maybe love ..... and maybe money ... if the price is right.    But other than that, the TR is an awesome notebook for the Fledgling Traveler.

Amen.  But just fledgling travelers?  This thing is able to go where my 7 pound Sony Vaio couldn’t.
