My TR3A is on the way + 512MB + PCGA-BP3T and was wondering is there is a way to protect keyboard. There is a keyboard skip for apple notebooks

what’s a keyboard skip..? sorry the link didn’t work.

I also had no luck with the link…

home use: external keyboard, nice bit of cloth, icurve stand.
on the go: have not a clue…saran wrap?

I think keyboards aren’t that expensive…i’d rather save the $40-X on wrapping it and use it as it was intended, if it wears down, i’ll buy a new one and pop the old one out.

they have to be over 100$.  does sony sell anything for less then that?  but i agree with u.  the sony keyboard seems pretty sturdy, gets dirty fast but cleans up ok, and is easy to replace. an iluminated one is on my wish list…

part number is 1-478-035-21 for about $70

Thats why I dont’ see spending $40+ on protecting a $70 part. I’d rather replace it with a new keyboard then trying to ‘save’ a beat up one.
