Losing wireless connection when using WEP keys

I found this in Sonys Knowledge base forum.  I think this might be the problem I was having with my wireless.  The interesting thing is that Sony admits its an issue with the machine, and the only fix seems to be not having a WEP key on the access point!

That certainly doesn’t help when I’m connecting on my college campus.

I used mine with a WEP key without ne probs at all.
