Woohoo! Just completed the first riding day of the MSF motorcycle basic rider course.  Highly recommend if you want to have some fun on wheels.

And on another tangent…my uncle’s an ex-superbike racer.  Over the course of his career, he’s broken every bone in his body.  I’ve been to his place, and he’s showed me how his kneecap has been ripped apart so many times, he can lift it up and have it snap down. :(

It gives me chuckles when I hear someone point out the dangers of motorcycle hotdogging the moment I mention that I’m taking lessons.  Maybe I should start pointing out the fantastic blowouts and crashes in NASCAR and F1 when I hear someone mention driver’s ed. 

That’s sarcasm mean in good humor, mind you.
